Lingling Zhou

General Manager, China WFOE


Ms. Zhou is a senior vice president in the Shanghai office and general manager of PIMCO's China investment management wholly foreign-owned enterprise (WFOE). She is responsible for the development and implementation of the firm’s longer-term onshore strategic plans in China. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2019, she was general manager for J.P. Morgan's overseas investment fund management in Shanghai, where she led the establishment of its Qualified Domestic Limited Partner (QDLP) entity in Shanghai and expanded the firm’s onshore business scope and client coverage for both QDLP and private fund management. Previously, Ms. Zhou was vice president of China sales at Permal Group in Shanghai and worked with Goldman Sachs Gaohua Securities in Beijing. She has 11 years of investment experience and holds a master of science degree from Fudan University and an undergraduate degree from Nanjing University. She has 13 years of investment experience and holds a master's of science degree from Fudan University and an undergraduate degree from Nanjing University.
